DELIVERY & TRACKING

To request an address change or order cancellation, contact info@faxcopyexpress.store as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or shows that your order has been delivered but the parcel cannot be located, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused, it was not collected, or the delivery address was incomplete or incorrect, direct return-to-sender or redelivery costs may be deducted from the refund or charged before the parcel is sent again, where permitted by law.
Customs checks, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.
